Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Customers and internal stakeholders to gather and document product and integration business requirements
Work closely with developers and QA to ensure the product you intended to have built actually gets built.
Design and document custom developed and custom configured solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and C#/.NET code.
Provide the highest-level technical expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365, XRM custom solutions, and assigned custom developed applications and maintain existing Windows service applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugins, SharePoint customizations, and custom .NET applications.
Develop technical designs that favor using built-in Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and customizing where needed.
Conduct internal and external design reviews and feature validation
Create product release and training documentation
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience Required:
Five years of experience with software development, software design, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Three years of business analyst or product owner experience or similar role in the software industry.
Is an analytical, problem solver with excellent communication skills
Has demonstrated experience building custom applications
Has 5+ experience working with Microsoft CRM/Dynamics platforms
Has 5+ experience with .NET and C#
Works on Dynamics 365 for Sales platform (Sales, Marketing and Service module)
Has experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with SharePoint
Has recent and relevant experience implementing and managing Cloud architecture services such as AWS or Azure
Analyze information elicit requirements from end users;
Communicate clearly both orally and in writing;
Work cooperatively and productively as a team member;
Use analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.
Experience or exposure to Scrum/Agile environments
Ability to assess and understand market needs
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving priorities in a highly technical and fast-paced environment
Strong listening and organizational skills
Effective and concise written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and passionate about driving product requirements
A combination of business and technical acumen with strong problem-solving skills
