As an early-stage start-up, we are just beginning our journey of growth and are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build momentum. You’ve worked (and thrived!) in both the start-up space as well as with other app-based companies and you’ll be able to help us build awareness about our app as well as a community around our product. You’re someone who is excited about discovering potential while also able to roll up your sleeves and work on a very tactical level. Most importantly, you share in our passion to ‘gamify’ learning and introduce new languages and cultures with as many children as possible.
Creating, running and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns to increase our app install and downloads.
Identifying trends in our data and results to continuously improve and refine our marketing campaigns.
Partnering with our CEO to create content that will increase our app store presence and landing page experience
Executing on social media strategies and posts that engage current users while helping acquire new customers
Proposing and implementing innovative ways to find and track the best combination of channels, audience and messages that result in new customers
Ensuring consistency in our brand, look and feel and share any ideas on improvements or modifications to our current imaging or content
3+ years experience of driving demand via multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proven results in demand generation strategy and results
Experience in digital paid media and app marketing
Strong analytical skills, data-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal skills
