Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development strategies along with managing client-executive relationships.
  • Develop account strategies, meet revenue goals, and leverage relationships with our key clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client and provide a mix of strategic, business, and technology advice.
  • Proactively create proposals and bring ideas to the table.
  • Ensure that project deliverables and timelines are met consistently.
  • Collaborate with practice and delivery teams, along with technology partners.

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in sales.
  • Expertise in selling e-commerce, marketing, and web technologies/insurance/retail.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with an ability to source new business.
  • Hands-on experience in managing multiple tasks by tracking and resolving issues.
  • Organized, thorough, and good time management skills.
  • Driven and determined in bringing the projects to fruition.
  • Flexible in the work culture and comfortably wears many hats.
